APIs and integrations
Software rarely works alone. We design APIs for your product and connect it to the services your business depends on: payments, CRMs, learning platforms, accounting tools and data warehouses.
What is included
Connect your product to payments, CRMs, data and third-party systems.
- API design
- REST or GraphQL APIs with clear documentation and versioning.
- Third-party integrations
- Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Workspace, LMS platforms and more.
- Data syncs
- Scheduled jobs and webhooks that keep systems consistent without manual exports.
- Monitoring
- Logging and alerts, so a failed sync is caught before a customer notices.
How it works
From first call to launch.
Discovery
We map what the software must do, who uses it and what it connects to.
Scope and estimate
A written scope, milestones and cost, agreed before development starts.
Build in sprints
Two-week cycles, each ending with a working demo you can click through.
Launch and support
Deployment, monitoring, and either a clean handover or ongoing maintenance.
What a typical project looks like
A typical integration project connects a startup product to the tools its customers already use: Stripe for billing, HubSpot or Salesforce for sales data, Google Workspace for sign-in, or a learning management system for schools.
We start by reading the third-party API and testing its limits, then agree on what syncs, how often and what happens when a request fails. Each integration ships with logging, alerts and a short runbook. A single well-documented integration usually takes two to four weeks; a public API for your own product takes longer because versioning and documentation matter more.
Timeline
Typical timelines. You get a fixed written estimate after scoping, before any work starts.
- Single integration
- Two to four weeks.
- Public API for your product
- Four to eight weeks.
- Integration support
- Monitoring and fixes when third-party APIs change, on a monthly plan.
A good fit if
- Your team copies data between tools by hand.
- You need to offer an API to partners or customers.
- An integration keeps breaking and nobody knows why.
Questions
Can you work with a tool that has a poor API?
Usually. We assess the API first and tell you plainly what is and is not possible before we start.
Do you build public APIs for our customers?
Yes, including authentication, rate limiting and developer documentation.
How do you handle sensitive data?
Least-privilege access, encryption in transit and at rest, and credentials kept in a secrets manager, never in code.
Which integrations do you build most often?
Payments with Stripe, CRMs such as HubSpot and Salesforce, Google and Microsoft sign-in, and LMS and SIS platforms for edtech products.
What happens when a third-party API changes?
We build with logging and alerts, so a breaking change is caught quickly. Under a support plan we update the integration before it affects your customers.
