What a typical project looks like
A typical launch engagement starts eight to twelve weeks before a product goes live, often alongside an MVP build. The founder knows the product well but has not yet written down who it is for, what it replaces and why someone should switch.
We sharpen positioning and messaging, build the launch pages, set up analytics and pick two or three acquisition channels to test, such as search, LinkedIn outreach or partnerships. After launch we review what worked each week and move budget and effort toward the channels that bring customers.
Timeline
Typical timelines. You get a fixed written estimate after scoping, before any work starts.
- Positioning and launch plan
- Two to three weeks.
- Full launch
- Four to eight weeks.
- After launch
- Monthly growth support across the channels that work.
A good fit if
- You are about to launch with no plan for your first hundred users.
- Your pitch changes every time someone asks what you do.
- You have a product and no pipeline.
Questions
Do you run paid ads?
We run small paid tests when they suit the audience, then scale what works. We do not start with large ad budgets.
Can you do outbound for us?
We design the targeting, messaging and sequences, and help you set up the tools to run them.
How is this different from hiring a marketer?
You get strategy, design and development in one team, so landing pages and experiments ship in days, not weeks.
When should we start planning a launch?
Eight to twelve weeks before release, so positioning, pages and channels are ready when the product is.
