MVP development
We work with you to find the one or two things your MVP has to prove, cut everything else, and build a product real users can sign up for and pay for. Most MVPs we scope fall between six and twelve weeks of build time.
What is included
From idea to a launchable first version, scoped around what you need to learn.
- Scoping workshop
- Your idea turned into a feature list ranked by what each feature helps you learn.
- Clickable prototype
- Test the flow with users before writing production code.
- Production build
- Sign-up, payments, core features and an admin panel, ready for real users.
- Launch support
- Analytics, onboarding fixes and quick changes during the first weeks live.
How it works
From first call to launch.
Find the riskiest assumption
We agree on what the first version has to prove.
Prototype
A clickable prototype or proof of concept, tested with real users or real data.
Build
Production code in two-week sprints, each ending in a working demo.
Launch and measure
Release, instrument, learn, then plan the next iteration together.
What a typical project looks like
A typical MVP engagement starts with a founder who has an idea, early conversations with customers and a deadline, often a pilot, a demo day or a funding round. Some come with a no-code prototype; others come with a document and a set of sketches.
We run a one to two week scoping workshop to find the riskiest assumption and cut the feature list to what tests it. Then we build in two-week sprints, launch to real users with analytics in place, and plan the next version from what they actually do. Most MVPs reach launch in six to twelve weeks.
Timeline
Typical timelines. You get a fixed written estimate after scoping, before any work starts.
- Scoping workshop
- One to two weeks.
- MVP build
- Six to twelve weeks.
- After launch
- Iteration sprints or a monthly retainer while you learn from users.
A good fit if
- You are pre-seed or seed and need something real to show users and investors.
- You have a no-code prototype that has outgrown its tools.
- You are a non-technical founder who needs a technical team you can rely on.
Questions
How fast can we launch?
It depends on scope. We tell you after the scoping workshop, in writing, and plan milestones so you see progress every two weeks.
What if we change direction mid-build?
That is normal at this stage. We reprioritise at the end of each sprint, and the written scope makes every trade-off visible.
Can you help us raise money?
We do not raise money for you, but we prepare the product demos, technical documentation and architecture notes investors commonly ask for.
How much does an MVP cost?
It depends on scope. The number of user types, integrations and AI features move the price the most. Our article on MVP costs explains how to estimate it yourself.
Do you work with non-technical founders?
Yes, most of our MVP clients are. We explain technical decisions in plain language and put everything in writing so you can make the calls.
