Why software projects go wrong

Most early software problems are not about which framework you picked. They come from unclear scope, code nobody else can work on, and systems that were never designed to talk to each other. We start with what the software has to do for the business, choose well-supported tools, and hand over code you fully own.

How we work

The same four stages on every software development engagement.

  1. Discovery

We map what the software must do, who uses it and what it connects to.

  2. Scope and estimate

A written scope, milestones and cost, agreed before development starts.

  3. Build in sprints

Two-week cycles, each ending with a working demo you can click through.

  4. Launch and support

Deployment, monitoring, and either a clean handover or ongoing maintenance.

Common questions

Which tech stack do you use?

We default to widely used, well-documented tools such as React, Next.js, Node.js, Python and PostgreSQL. If you already have a stack, we work within it.

Native or cross-platform?

For most startup apps, cross-platform is faster and cheaper, and users will not notice the difference. We recommend native only when the app leans heavily on device hardware.

Can you work with a tool that has a poor API?

Usually. We assess the API first and tell you plainly what is and is not possible before we start.
